[Update] for Switch: Fixed problems with Serial killer’s effect activation, etc.

Fixed problems with the Nintendo Switch version related to serial killer effect activation and Energize district, etc., and adjusted the volume of the console.

• Main fixes
  • Adjustment of the volume of sound played from the main unit’s speakers.
    • Please be aware that this will cause the volume from the main unit’s speakers to be louder on the first launch after the update.
  • Fixed a bug that caused noise to appear across the screen under certain conditions.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the game to crash when the Serial killer’s effect was triggered immediately after Growth spurt girl transformed into Reformed hoodlum.
  • Fixed a bug in which district was energized and the cost used was carried over to the next season when canceling the Run dialog for Energize district with the B button.
  • Fixed a bug in which the effects of Person with doomsday clock were processed one at a time.
  • Fixed some translation omissions.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented selection of supply drops.
