Released in 2025, developed by indie developer “currycroquette” and published by AMATA Games, the previous title Crescent Tower received high acclaim from many RPG fans for its 8-bit style pixel graphics, 2D dungeon exploration, and challenging turn-based combat.

While retaining the highly praised “strategic yet simple command battle” system, Crescent Tower: RISING drastically steps up the experience with an expanded five-chapter omnibus story where the fates of different protagonists intersect. The game features a deeper, more flexible character customization system combining 14 distinct classes with “Skill Blocks,” alongside a new mapping feature that lets players explore and chart the map themselves.
